Samantha Dammer is an attorney licensed in Florida and
Illinois, concentrating her practice in bankruptcy law,
real estate litigation, foreclosure relief and estate
planning as well as asset protection. An experienced
attorney and real estate broker in Tampa Bay, Ms. Dammer
provides a holistic approach to clients who are seeking
relief from real estate related financial distress,
foreclosure or pre-foreclosure issues.
Ms. Dammer graduated first in her class from St. Xavier
University in Chicago with a degree in English
Literature in 1995. Thereafter, she attended law school
at Valparaiso University School of Law, where she was
the Executive Symposium Editor for the law review, and
authored a published note which proposed a
constitutional regulation of computer-generated child
pornography. Her note has been cited several times by
legal scholars as well as by the United States Supreme
Court when the high court made its decision on that
issue in 2003. Ms. Dammer graduated from Valpo Law
School Magna Cum Laude in 1998.
Immediately after graduation from law school, Samantha
Dammer started her own general practice law firm in
Orland Park, a suburb of Chicago. Within the first
year, Ms. Dammer’s law firm, The Law Offices of Samantha
L. Friel & Associates, P.C. became a leader in providing
legal services in the south Chicagoland suburbs. Ms.
Dammer earned the trust of thousands of clients, who
appreciated her sincerity, frank approach to the case,
and aggressive, zealous representation. With a limited
marketing budget, Ms. Dammer strategically planned and
executed a tactical market emergence process which
resulted in immediate name recognition within three
years after the firm’s inception.
In 2001, Ms. Dammer founded All-American Real Estate
Group, a residential real estate brokerage which she
owned and operated for several years. With a team of
fourteen real estate agents, Ms. Dammer utilized a
hands-on managerial approach to ensuring the success of
her agents. Through forging strategic alliances with
lenders, title companies and other entities, Samantha
Dammer developed a reputation as a broker that could be
trusted to “get the job done.” By taking an active
interest in each agent’s career and providing mentorship
as well as financial backing, Dammer increased the
brokerage’s revenue by at least 20% each year.
